CompliLiteracy Application - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CompliLiteracy application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App. By signing into the App, you also agree to receive email reminders from us, which will be sent to the email you signed up with. These reminders are intended to encourage and remind you to use the App. You can disable these reminders at any time through your user profile settings in the App.

2. Changes to Terms
CompliLiteracy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any manner that:
Violates any laws or regulations;
Infringes upon the rights of others;
Is harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory;
Interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the App.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CompliLiteracy or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CompliLiteracy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliLiteracy shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompliLiteracy, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination
CompliLiteracy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the European Union (EU), in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
